  • Kid Safety: For children 5-10 decrease drops in half for a total of 10 drops. Safe for kids 10+.

  • Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.

Directions

  1. 1. Add essential oils to 2 fl oz of unscented lotion.
  2. 2. Stir gently until fully blended.
  3. 3. Apply to the chest, neck, or upper back as part of your morning or evening routine.
