Directions

  1. 1. Add all the essential oils to your 1 fl oz (30 ml) amber glass bottle filled with jojoba oil (or add the oils first, then top with jojoba).
  2. 2. Cap the bottle tightly and gently roll it between your palms to blend everything together.
  3. 3. To use: Apply to wrists, over the heart, or to the back of the neck to feel grounded yet open to inspiration.
