Description
Fresh, woodsy, and balsamic, balsam fir essential oil is an ally when keeping your energy and immunity strong. It reminds some people of taking a brisk walk in the woods! Balsam fir is known for helping to create movement in the body—such as allowing the breath to flow more easily, and easing muscles and joints to restore comfortable, natural mobility. Our certified organic balsam fir essential oil is steam distilled from the short green needles of trees in northeastern Canada. You might see balsam fir called “Canadian fir.”
Suggested Uses

Breathe - Cold Season

Guard your health during cold season! Balsam fir can help open the breath, and get energy flowing when you feel lethargic.

Relieve - Muscle Spasms

Help relax a sore throat (from coughing) with a balsam fir essential oil inhaler.

Relieve - Soreness

Care for muscles and joints that complain whether you’re trying to move or be still! Use a balsam fir massage oil.

A Passion for Aromatherapy

Aromatics International would not be what it is today without your shared belief in what we do, what we stand for, and how we conduct our aromatherapy practice.

I embarked on my journey to source pesticide-free, sustainable products from small-scale farmers and a major criteria of mine is that everything I source is both aromatically vibrant and also therapeatically effective. I love sharing what I find in this world with others. I am constantly blown away by the positive response I receive from all of you. I thank all of you for your strong support throughout the years and am continually inspired by the warm words you share with me. It truly keeps me going.

Love, Karen
