  • Shelf Life: If blending in larger quantities to store for future use, the ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.

Directions

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to a diffuser, an aroma inhaler, or blend into a carrier oil for gentle application over the heart before your coherence practice.
  2. 2. If you blend into 1 fl oz of carrier, drop the bergamot down to 2 drops to avoid phototoxicity issues.
  3. 3. Note: When adding to a diffuser or an inhaler, the bergamot isn’t a phototoxic issue, only when applied topically.
