Safety Information

  • Safety & Dilution: This blend was created at a 3% dilution. Angelica root can be phototoxic, but is safe at a 0.8% dilution. When adding more angelica root please keep out of sun and tanning beds for 24 hours. We also recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.
  • Kid Safety: For kids between the ages of 5 and 10, we recommend 2 drops of angelica, 1 drop of lemon, 2 drops of lavender, and 1 drop of vetiver in 1 ounce of lotion.
  • Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.

Directions

  1. 1. Blend the essential oils in 1 fl oz of unscented lotion.
  2. 2. Massage gently onto belly and feet.
