Directions

  1. 1. Add the essential oils to 1 fl oz of trauma oil.
  2. 2. Cap the bottle and shake gently to blend.
  3. 3. Apply to painful areas as needed.
  4. 4. Jojoba is a great substite if one does not have trauma oil.
