Safety Information

  • Safety & Dilution: This blend was created at a 3% dilution. If the area the blend is applied to comes in contact with the sun, use caution as bergamot is phototoxic. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.
  • Kid Safety: For children between the ages of 5 and 10, we recommend 2 drops sweet marjoram, 1 drops sweet orange, 1 drops bergamot, 1 drop neroli, 1 drop roman chamomile.
  • Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.

Directions

  1. 1. Blend the essential oils into 1 fl oz of unscented lotion.
  2. 2. Mix with a clean stir rod or metal spoon.
  3. 3. Massage onto the abdomen several times daily as needed.
