My favorite oil
I love vetiver for sleep issues. It is so calming and grounding especially blended with lavender. Can’t do without the wonderful oil. That it has a long shelf life and seems to improve with age is just another big plus.

My go to anxiety oil
I love this earthy oil! It blends well with lavender and cedarwood to create a lovely calming scent.

Great to help me sleep
This is wonderful and helps me get to sleep.

Immune system
I'm using this in an immune blend both in a diffuser and in an inhaler. It adds a very earthy scent to the blend.

In my top 3 oils
When I first smelled vetiver, I thought it smelled like old socks. Then came a day when I needed its grounding properties, regardless of how it smelled. What I discovered is that when my body needed it, it smelled wonderful and resonated with me. I use with a carrier oil or salve at bedtime to calm my racing mind or anxious feelings and enjoy a deep restful slumber. It’s one of my must-have oils.
