Himalayan salt

I love Himalayan Pink Salt and use it 1x a week in a nice hottish bath mixed with essential oils. Oils depend on my state of mind or body aches. After a 20 minute soak, I feel amazing. Something plain Epsom salt could never do.

Great but

Came damaged, so everything was half out of bag. Had to throw everything out otherwise would’ve loved it.

Small grains of pleasure!

I used the small grain (coarser) salt and sweet almond oil for a bodyscrub. It exfoliated and hydrated my toughest areas (elbows, knees and feet) gently and effectively. The coarser grain allowed for longer scrubbing time to get those areas done well. I was impressed with the results. I'll try the fine grain next!
