I love adding a bit of this hydrosol to my water, and also spritzing my skin with it on hot days. This peppermint hydrosol had a much better taste than one I bought from another place when it was out of stock here.
Peppermint and spearmint hydrosol are my two favorites to use. I use peppermint for upset stomach for a refresh when I’m hot for a bug be gone spray. I use it everyday as well as the spearmint hydrosol. I try to keep the two on hand period. Good to freshen breath too.
I loved the Peppermint Hydrosol. It was cooling and. refreshing. My. grandson had a mosquito bit and I sprayed Lavender then Peppermint on it and the itching stopped. Don't know if that is what it is for but it worked.
Currently using as the basis of our bug spray. Have to spray often but beats toxic sprays.
