Description
Fresh, spicy, warm, and sweet, cardamom essential oil is a good friend to the belly. Historical records show cardamom being used for digestive support for centuries. One reason it’s so comforting is that the oil’s stimulating effect seems to bring energy wherever it’s applied, creating movement and warmth. This makes cardamom a welcome addition to cold-weather blends, too! (Try it for opening your breath after the sniffles.) Our certified organic cardamom essential oil is steam distilled from the green pods of plants cultivated beneath shaded forest canopies in Guatemala.
Suggested Uses

Digest - Queasiness

Cardamom is an excellent belly oil! Add a few drops to a carrier to massage an unsettled or queasy stomach.

Breathe - Cold Season

Feel healthy during cold season! Use a cardamom inhaler to help open your breath and raise your energy levels.

Energy - Focus

Make a cardamom roll-on blend for concentration and productivity when you’re finishing a project.

A Passion for Aromatherapy

Aromatics International would not be what it is today without your shared belief in what we do, what we stand for, and how we conduct our aromatherapy practice.

I embarked on my journey to source pesticide-free, sustainable products from small-scale farmers and a major criteria of mine is that everything I source is both aromatically vibrant and also therapeatically effective. I love sharing what I find in this world with others. I am constantly blown away by the positive response I receive from all of you. I thank all of you for your strong support throughout the years and am continually inspired by the warm words you share with me. It truly keeps me going.

Love, Karen
